Call Us

Most imaging services require a valid referral from a GP or specialist to qualify for Medicare rebates. X-rays can sometimes be performed without a referral, but a referral is recommended for all other modalities. Please bring your referral to your appointment or upload it when booking online.

Yes. Bulk billing is available for eligible Medicare cardholders for most standard imaging services including X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI (with valid referral). Some specialised services may incur a gap payment. Please call us to confirm bulk billing eligibility for your specific examination.

Appointment duration varies by examination: X-rays typically take 15–20 minutes; ultrasounds 20–45 minutes; CT scans 20–30 minutes; and MRI scans 30–75 minutes depending on the body region. We will advise you of the expected duration when confirming your booking.

Most reports are available within 2–4 hours of your examination. Urgent studies are reported immediately. Results are sent directly to your referring doctor and are also accessible via our secure online patient portal. You will receive an SMS notification when your report is ready.

Yes. Our wide-bore 70cm MRI scanners are specifically designed to reduce claustrophobia. We also offer music, ambient lighting and open communication throughout the scan. In cases of severe claustrophobia, we can arrange sedation in consultation with your referring doctor.

After your examination, you will receive an SMS with a secure link to register for our patient portal. Once registered, you can view and download your images and reports at any time. Referring practitioners can access results via the dedicated practitioner portal using their provider number.
